“It’s hard to find a business that keeps their word. Duncan came the next day like they said, ordered the replacement part like they said and fixed our system for the price they quoted like they said. That’s hard to find! Plus, they were super nice which is always a good thing. Thanks Duncan for getting us running again. Highly recommend!

“I called today around noon and 1 hour later the tech called me and said he would be at my house around 4:30pm. He showed up around 3:30pm. I have a very old heat pump system. The two techs were Jason and Corey. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. They had to do some jury rigging on my old system to get it going. The did a good job on my place and its finally cooling down. Thanks again Jason and Corey”.

“My family recently had to replace our entire heating and air conditioning system, which was a huge headache, gigantic investment, and overall stressful situation. After multiple quotes and companies coming out to the house to look at the system we went with Duncan because their quote was the best and David treated us like fairly, like family, and like we were important not just a customer. We would definitely recommend using these guys, although I hope no one has their heat go out like ours did”!
